Vulcan Elements Announces Commercial-Scale Offtake Agreement with ReElement Technologies to Enable Domestic Rare Earth Magnet Production

Durham, North Carolina —Vulcan Elements finalized a commercial-scale offtake agreement with ReElement Technologies for light and heavy rare earth oxides—to accelerate Vulcan’s immediate expansion of its domestic rare earth magnet manufacturing capability to commercial capacity. Together, Vulcan Elements and ReElement are onshoring the magnet supply chain and enabling the next generation of American economic dynamism and military dominance.
