What we collect

The business Contact Us form asks for first name, last name, company name, job title, phone number, country, email, role, industry, how we can help you, and details about your application or requirements. Phone number and country are optional; the other displayed fields are required. We collect the information you enter and may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address and browser or device information.

How we use it

We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about your request, manage related business communications, and protect and operate the website.

Who handles it

Our embedded forms send submissions directly to HubSpot, which processes them for us. Our website and other service providers may also process information needed to host, operate, and secure the site. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Retention

HubSpot is configured to automatically delete inactive contacts after 730 days (24 months). Deleted contacts remain recoverable in HubSpot for 90 days before permanent deletion. We may retain information longer where required by law or needed to address an active request, dispute, or security issue. Website and security log retention will be confirmed after the production hosting project is configured.

Your choices and contact

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact privacy@vulcanelements.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. If our use of cookies or tracking changes, we will update this notice and provide any controls required by applicable law.

Visitors outside the United States

This website may be accessed from outside the United States. If you submit information through it, that information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where we or our service providers operate. Cookies and tracking

At launch, we do not enable advertising pixels, analytics tracking, Google Tag Manager, or other non-essential visitor tracking. HubSpot is used for website form submissions only. We will update this notice if our tracking practices change.
